We are always here for anyone who needs help. We are easily accessible. Our phones are answered 24/7 by a caring person trained to help connect people to the support they need to resolve their problem. We do not turn people away and our services are always free.
We don’t judge. We offer confidential support. People trust us because we hear, understand and leave our own values and beliefs at home. We listen and give people hope and a sense of relief.
We offer the right resources to truly make a difference. We have a large network of options to empower people to take back control of their lives. Our ability to make a difference fast is why we are the first place people turn to when they need help.
We have highly trained, compassionate specialists. Our volunteers receive more than 40 hours of training in active listening and crisis prevention and intervention. They care about every person who comes to us and do everything they can to guide and assist them to resolution.
