Every day, individuals in North Texas are struggling, many with no one to turn to with their daily challenges, emotional distress and crises. Every day, there is a need for volunteers to support our vision to ensure no one in crisis is alone.
Serving directly on the crisis line is for individuals who are ready to make a commitment to learning, to listening, and to being a caring voice on the other end of the phone. We provide all necessary training. Click here for more information
We have many other ways to support our mission, from outreach teams, to special events, to office support, and auxiliaries Click here for more information
Internships available for undergraduate and graduate level students in psychology, social work, marketing, and counseling programs.

“I feel centered at CONTACT. Some people run…some people do yoga…I work at CONTACT. My time volunteering reminds me what it means to be human—that nobody is perfect and we all need each other. I also get an opportunity to spend time with other volunteers who are like-minded and like-hearted.” – Aida
“Volunteering has pushed me out of my comfort zone.” – LaFrancis
“CONTACT helps in the most awesome way. To volunteer your time is a selfless thing and that makes me proud to be a part of it.” – Daphne
